I would like to be referred for oral surgery to the hospital with the shortest wait.

Under the NHS Constitution, when my GP refers me for a first outpatient appointment I have the right to choose which provider I go to in England, including independent hospitals that hold an NHS contract. I would like to use that right.

The three shortest waits within 25 miles of Leeds

1. Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 6 to 33 weeks. 1.4 miles from Leeds. ODS code RR8.
2. Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 6 to 40 weeks. 13.4 miles from Leeds. ODS code RCD.
3. Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 7 to 38 weeks. 8 miles from Leeds. ODS code RXF.
