I would like to be referred for urology to the hospital with the shortest wait.

Under the NHS Constitution, when my GP refers me for a first outpatient appointment I have the right to choose which provider I go to in England, including independent hospitals that hold an NHS contract. I would like to use that right.

The three shortest waits within 25 miles of Peterborough

1. Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 5 to 37 weeks. 23.6 miles from Peterborough. ODS code RNQ.
2. North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 12 to 46 weeks. 1.1 miles from Peterborough. ODS code RGN.
3. Woodland Hospital (independent hospital, free on the NHS)
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 23 to 44 weeks. 24.3 miles from Peterborough. ODS code NVC23.
