I would like to be referred for oral surgery to the hospital with the shortest wait.

Under the NHS Constitution, when my GP refers me for a first outpatient appointment I have the right to choose which provider I go to in England, including independent hospitals that hold an NHS contract. I would like to use that right.

The three shortest waits within 25 miles of Rushcliffe

1. University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 11 to 38 weeks. 17.5 miles from Rushcliffe. ODS code RTG.
2. Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 17 to 59 weeks. 4.2 miles from Rushcliffe. ODS code RX1.
3. Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 22 to 57 weeks. 15.9 miles from Rushcliffe. ODS code RK5.
