I would like to be referred for other services to the hospital with the shortest wait.

Under the NHS Constitution, when my GP refers me for a first outpatient appointment I have the right to choose which provider I go to in England, including independent hospitals that hold an NHS contract. I would like to use that right.

The three shortest waits within 25 miles of Tonbridge and Malling

1. Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 3 to 7 weeks. 24 miles from Tonbridge and Malling. ODS code RTP.
2. Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 3 to 42 weeks. 23.5 miles from Tonbridge and Malling. ODS code RAJ.
3. Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 4 to 15 weeks. 22.4 miles from Tonbridge and Malling. ODS code RF4.
