I would like to be referred for neurology to the hospital with the shortest wait.

Under the NHS Constitution, when my GP refers me for a first outpatient appointment I have the right to choose which provider I go to in England, including independent hospitals that hold an NHS contract. I would like to use that right.

The three shortest waits within 25 miles of Windsor and Maidenhead

1. Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 7 to 28 weeks. 24.5 miles from Windsor and Maidenhead. ODS code RJ1.
2. Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 7 to 41 weeks. 23.4 miles from Windsor and Maidenhead. ODS code RN5.
3. Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 8 to 19 weeks. 12.1 miles from Windsor and Maidenhead. ODS code RHW.
