I would like to be referred for ear, nose and throat to the hospital with the shortest wait.

Under the NHS Constitution, when my GP refers me for a first outpatient appointment I have the right to choose which provider I go to in England, including independent hospitals that hold an NHS contract. I would like to use that right.

The three shortest waits within 25 miles of Worcester

1. Wye Valley NHS Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 16 to 48 weeks. 23.2 miles from Worcester. ODS code RLQ.
2. University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 17 to 44 weeks. 20.8 miles from Worcester. ODS code RRK.
3. Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust
   Most people treated in August 2026 waited 23 to 56 weeks. 1.3 miles from Worcester. ODS code RWP.
