When a figure, name, address or link was wrong, it is listed here with the day we fixed it. Spotted something? Email joey@ambertraining.co.uk.

  1. The urgent treatment centre at Mindelsohn Way, Birmingham, was named "Queen Elizabeth Hospital Urgent Treatment Centre (Gateshead)".

Fixed: It is now Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Urgent Treatment Centre.

  2. Liverpool City NHS Walk in Centre showed as open, although the trust that ran it closed in 2018.

Fixed: Its page now redirects to Liverpool City Walk-in Centre (The Beat).

  3. Royal Hallamshire Hospital was listed as a nearest A&E on Sheffield pages, but it is a minor injuries and eye unit.

Fixed: It is now labelled as that unit, and nearest A&E lists leave it out.

  4. St Helens walk-in centre showed no Sunday hours, although its NHS listing gives Sundays 9am to 10pm.

Fixed: Sunday hours are now read from the listing.

  5. 21 urgent care and walk-in pages Google already listed (Old Swan, Halewood, Huyton, Widnes and others) returned "page not found" after their addresses changed in a data clean-up.

Fixed: Each old address now redirects permanently to the unit's page, and a build check stops an address disappearing again.

  6. The nearest A&E on the Old Swan walk-in page was Alder Hey, a children's hospital.

Fixed: Nearest A&E for adults now leaves out children's and specialist units.

  7. The methods page said we copy no private prices, although private pages show each hospital's own published price.

Fixed: The page now says what is shown: each hospital's own price with the month checked, and guide ranges from those prices.

  8. Rugby urgent treatment centre's published wait band, "less than 1 hour", showed as "0 min".

Fixed: A published band now reads as the band on every page.

  9. A trust that published a wait of 0 showed "0 min", which reads as no wait at all.

Fixed: A published 0 now reads "No wait reported" and is left out of averages.

  10. Distances counted clinic-only sites, so Barts Health showed as 4 miles from Enfield via Chingford Hospital.

Fixed: Distances use only sites with an A&E or listed as trust hospitals by My Planned Care (Barts Health is now 5.6 miles, via Whipps Cross).

  11. The distance choice on area pages did not hide hospitals beyond the distance chosen.

Fixed: Hospitals past the distance are now hidden, and the answer names the first one within it.

  12. Gloucester Royal Hospital was spelt "Hopsital", copied from the NHS England source.

Fixed: Spelling corrected; the page address did not change.

  13. 85 urgent care units were listed twice, and specialist units such as eye casualties showed their trust's main A&E live wait.

Fixed: Duplicates merged, and specialist units show only their own figures.
