What we collect

CheckWaitingTimes is a free information site. You can read every page without an account, and we do not set cookies for reading.

Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Alerts: if you ask us to watch a hospital, we keep your email address and the hospital and specialty you chose. We send a confirmation first and you can unsubscribe with one click in any email. We delete your address when you unsubscribe.

Documents you fill in on this site, such as letters or sheets to print, stay in your browser. They are not sent to us.

Why we may show ads

Ads pay for the site. If an ad network needs consent for cookies, we ask first, and saying no never hides any content.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Contact: hello@checkwaitingtimes.co.uk.
